Product application

The ZD vibrating feeder is composed of a feeding trough, an exciter, a spring support, a transmission device, etc. The vibration source of the tank vibrating feed is the exciter. The exciter is composed of two eccentric shafts (active and passive) and a gear pair. The motor drives the active shaft through a triangle belt, and then the gear on the active shaft meshes with the passive shaft. When rotating, the main and passive shafts rotate in opposite directions at the same time, causing the tank to vibrate and the materials to flow continuously to achieve the purpose of conveying materials.
